Campaign verification typically takes 24-48 hours after all required documents are submitted. Medical emergencies are prioritised and may be verified within 12 hours. You will receive an email notification once your campaign is approved.
For medical campaigns: Doctor’s prescription, hospital estimate/quotation, patient ID proof, and applicant ID proof. For education: Fee structure, admission letter, and ID proofs. For community causes: Registration certificate (if applicable) and detailed project plan.
Funds are transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account within 5-7 working days of withdrawal request. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹1,000. For medical emergencies, expedited transfers can be processed within 48 hours upon request.
GIVEWE operates on a 0% platform fee model for fundraisers. We are a social enterprise, not an NGO. Transaction gateway charges (typically 2-3%) apply on donations. Referral commissions from partner offers help sustain our free fundraising platform.
Yes, you can withdraw funds anytime once the minimum threshold of ₹1,000 is reached. Partial withdrawals are allowed. Go to your Donor Dashboard, click on ‘Withdraw Funds’, and the amount will be credited to your linked bank account within 5-7 working days.
