1. Nature of Contribution:

Since GIVEWE.com is a platform for supporting verified medical and social causes, any donation made by you is considered a voluntary contribution toward a specific mission.

2. No Refund Policy:

Once a donation is successfully processed, it is immediately allocated toward the patient’s treatment or the digital marketing (advertisements) required to reach the fundraising goal. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the donation is made.

3. Cancellation of Monthly Support:

If you have signed up for a recurring/monthly donation, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at support@givewe.com. No further amount will be deducted from the next billing cycle.

4. Technical Errors:

In case of a technical glitch where the amount is deducted twice or a transaction fails but the money is debited, please contact your bank first. If the amount is credited to our account twice for the same transaction, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount within 7-10 working days.

5. Campaign Closure:

If a campaign is closed early (due to reaching the goal or other reasons), any excess funds will be redirected to another verified critical medical case on our platform to ensure the money is used for saving lives.
