1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GIVEWE.com or submitting a ‘Help Request,’ you agree to our 50/50 Service Fee model and all policies mentioned herein.
2. Not an NGO
GIVEWE.com is a Social Enterprise/Agency. We are NOT a registered NGO. Therefore, donations made through this platform are NOT eligible for tax exemptions under Section 80G.
3. Service Fee
You acknowledge that 50% of the total funds raised will be retained by GIVEWE.com as a “Marketing & Management Fee” to cover ad spends and overheads.
4. Content Usage
By submitting a case, the beneficiary grants GIVEWE.com the right to use their photos, videos, and stories for promotional and advertisement purposes on social media.
5. No Guarantee
While we put our best efforts into marketing, GIVEWE.com does not guarantee that the full target amount will be raised.
6. Liability:
GIVEWE.com is a facilitator and is not responsible for any medical outcomes or the accuracy of the documents provided by the beneficiary.
